Am 15. November laden wir dich ins HERITAGE RESTAURANT und in das 5-Sterne-Luxushotel Luc direkt am Gendarmenmarkt im Herzen Berlins ein.

 

Es gibt News:

 

Aktualisierter Zeitplan

  • 19:00 Uhr

    Dinner-Reception mit Dresscode im HERITAGE Restaurant, Einlass über das Hotel Luc.

  • 19:30 Uhr

    Festliches 3-Gänge-Gänsedinner (69 Euro) mit optionaler Weinbegleitung (38 Euro). Plätze sind begrenzt!

  • 21:00 Uhr (Einlass ab 20:30 Uhr)

    Wichtelüberraschung mit Sipsmith-Gin-Brunnen & Fingerfood im exklusiven Delfinarium (Light Room) des Hotels.

    Zutritt nur mit Geschenk (mindestens 15 Euro). Motto: „Mach mich heiß!“ (Notfallgeschenke gibt es an der Kasse für 30 Euro).

  • Ab 21:45 Uhr

    Partytime!


Dresscode:

 

DAMEN 

  • einfarbiges oder helles Kostüm aus edlen Stoff mit leichter, einfarbigen Bluse in Pastellton (bitte bei hellem Kostüm bitte Bluse nicht in der Farbe von Rock und/oder Jacke) 

  • helles dezent gemustertes Kostüm kombiniert mit einfarbiger Seidenbluse in einem leichten Pastellton 

  • Schlichtes, eng anliegendes Cocktailkleid in Verbindung mit großen Ohrringen, hohen Pumps (optional mir einer eleganten, auffälligen Hochsteckfrisur) 

  • Stilvolles Cocktailkleid mit Rüschen und Volants kombiniert mit kleinen Ohrringen, einem eher dezenten Make-up, Pumps mit mittlerem bis hohem Absatz 

  • Hautfarbige Nylonstrumpfhose oder Strümpfe ebenfalls in Hautfarben

  • Pumps aus Leder, die farblich zum Kleid beziehungsweise zum Kostüm passen. 

  • Edles Parfum, das weder zu schwer, noch zu frisch ist.  

 

HERREN 

  • Schmal geschnittener Anzug aus hochwertigen Stoffen in Schwarz, Dunkelgrau, Anthrazit oder Mitternachtsblau, kombiniert mit einem weißen oder pastellfarbenen, langärmeligen Hemd aus edlen Materialien wie Baumwolle oder Seide.

  • Krawatte oder Fliege in Uni oder mit feinem, unaufdringlichem Muster, passend zum Anzug und Hemd. Bei der Wahl der Fliege kann auch auf moderne Materialien wie Satin gesetzt werden.

  • Einstecktuch passend zur Krawatte, dem Hemd oder der Kleiderfarbe der Begleiterin. Dezente Muster oder Ton-in-Ton-Designs sorgen für einen eleganten Look.

  • Dunkle, einfarbige Socken oder Kniestrümpfe in Schwarz oder im gleichen Farbton wie die Anzughose, um ein harmonisches Gesamtbild zu schaffen.

  • Dunkle Schnürschuhe aus glattem Leder oder in glänzendem Lackleder. Moderne, gut gepflegte Schuhe mit einem schmalen Schnitt vervollständigen den eleganten Auftritt.

  • Dezentes Aftershave mit einem frischen oder holzigen Duft, das den Look elegant abrundet, ohne zu aufdringlich zu wirken.

Bitte trage etwaige Allergien oder Präferenzen für vegane/vegetarische Gerichte im Feld „Sonderwunsch“ am Ende ein.


Wichtig: Ein zusätzlicher Beitrag von 30 Euro für die Organisation des Abends wird bei Ankunft in bar eingesammelt. 


Frist für die Dinner-Reservierung

Die Reservierungsfrist für das Dinner endet am Freitag, dem 15. November, um 10:00 Uhr. Zur Anmeldung nutze bitte Open Table (Link: http://bit.ly/3Z2oeON). Du findest dort die Optionen „Restaurant“, „Bar“ und „Außenbereich“. Wir werden jedoch alle im Restaurant sitzen, wähle daher gerne eine beliebige Option. Technisch ließ sich dies leider nicht anders einrichten.


Sitzplatzwünsche

Falls du Sitzplatzwünsche hast, sende uns diese bitte bis Freitag, den 15. November, um 10:00 Uhr. Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um deine Wünsche zu berücksichtigen. Bitte beachte, dass wir aus organisatorischen Gründen Gäste mit und ohne zusätzliches Getränkepaket an bestimmten Tischen priorisieren.

 

Einlass

Eure Freunde sind willkommen! Einlass nur mit Registrierung auf www.johndevouz.art, Bestätigung, Dresscode und Geschenk. Weitere Infos zum Dresscode findet ihr hier. Bitte seid pünktlich (19:30 Uhr Dinner/21 Uhr Wichtelüberraschung)

 

Kosten

Jeder Gast trägt 30 Euro cash zur Organisation des Abends bei. Für das Dinner folgt ein Payment-Link (69 Euro für das Menü, optional 38 Euro für die Weinreise). Getränke sind den ganzen Abend über zum Selbstkostenpreis verfügbar.


Aftershow Party 

Ab 2:30 Uhr bist du eingeladen, mit uns im VIP Club „The Door“ (Joachimsthaler Strasse 25) weiterzufeiern. Zeige bitte dein Armband am Eingang vor.


Pre-Dinner am Donnerstag 

Anreisende am 14. November sind herzlich zum Johndevouz Pre-Dinner eingeladen. Bitte informiere uns per E-Mail bis Mittwoch, den 13. November, falls du teilnehmen möchtest.

 

Zuverlässigkeit

Solltest du doch nicht teilnehmen können, sage bitte rechtzeitig per E-Mail ab. Zuverlässigkeit ist uns wichtig!

on November 15th we warmly invite you to the HERITAGE RESTAURANT and the 5-star luxury Hotel Luc, at Gendarmenmarkt in the heart of Berlin.


Updated Schedule:

 

  • 7:00 PM

Dinner reception with dress code at HERITAGE Restaurant, entrance through Hotel Luc.

  • 7:30 PM

Festive 3-course goose dinner (€69), optional wine pairing (+€38). Limited seating!

  • 9:00 PM

Secret Santa surprise with Sipsmith Gin fountain & finger food in the exclusive Delfinarium (Light Room) at the hotel.

Entry only with a gift (minimum value €15). Theme: “Make Me hot!” Emergency gifts available at the door/cashier (€30). 

  • From 9:45 PM

    Party time!


Dresscode:


LADIES

  • A solid-colored or light-colored suit made of luxurious fabric, paired with a simple, solid pastel blouse (if the suit is light, the blouse should not match the color of the skirt or jacket).


  • A light-colored suit with a subtle pattern, combined with a solid silk blouse in a soft pastel shade.


  • A simple, form-fitting cocktail dress paired with large earrings and high heels (optionally with an elegant, striking updo).


  • A stylish cocktail dress with ruffles and flounces, paired with small earrings, subtle makeup, and pumps with medium to high heels.


  • Nude-colored nylons or stockings, also in a nude shade.


  • Leather pumps that match the color of the dress or suit.


  • An elegant perfume that is neither too heavy nor too fresh.


GENTS

  • A slim-cut suit made from high-quality fabrics in black, dark gray, anthracite, or midnight blue, paired with a long-sleeved shirt in white or pastel tones, crafted from luxurious materials like cotton or silk.


  • A tie or bow tie in a solid color or with a fine, subtle pattern that complements the suit and shirt. For the bow tie, modern materials like satin are also an option.


  • A pocket square that matches the tie, shirt, or the color of the companion's dress. Subtle patterns or tone-on-tone designs create an elegant look.


  • Dark, solid-colored socks or knee-highs in black or matching the color of the suit trousers, to ensure a cohesive appearance.


  • Dark lace-up shoes made of smooth or glossy leather. Modern, well-maintained shoes with a slim fit complete the elegant look.


  • A subtle aftershave with a fresh or woody scent that complements the look elegantly without being overpowering.

Important: An additional contribution of 30 euros for the organization of the evening will be collected in cash upon arrival.


Note: Entry is only possible with RSVP, a gift, and adherence to the indicated dress code.



Dinner Reservation Deadline


The reservation deadline for dinner ends on Friday, November 15th, at

10:00 a.m. To register, please use Open Table (Link:

http://bit.ly/3Z2oeON). You'll find options for "Restaurant," "Bar," and

"Outside" seating.

But we will all be seated in the restaurant, so feel free to select any option. Unfortunately, this was the only way to set it up technically.



Seating Arrangements


If you have any seating preferences, please send us by Friday, November 15th, at 10:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Please note that, for organizational reasons, we will prioritize seating guests with the additional drink package and those without it at specific tables. 



  


 

Costs

Each guest contributes €30 in cash to cover event costs. A payment link for the dinner (€69, optional €38 for wine pairing) will follow. Drinks will be available at cost for the entire evening.


Please remember to bring €30 in cash for the evening's organization, as the entrance fee cannot be paid by card. Card payments will be accepted at all other points.


Aftershow Party 

From 2:30 AM, you are invited to join us at the VIP Club "The Doors" (Joachimsthaler Strasse 25). Please show your wristband at the entrance.


Thursday Pre-Dinner 

Those arriving on November 14 are warmly invited to the Johndevouz Pre-Dinner. Please inform us via email by Wednesday, Nov

 

Reliability

If you’re unable to attend, please let us know by email as early as possible. Reliability is important to us!
